  • Custom-stitched products, including products altered to customer specifications, are NOT eligible for exchange.

  • Suratsilkhouse reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned product does not meet our quality standards.

• Domestic Exchange (India)

  • Customers must initiate the exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us through the Contact Us page on our website.

  • Our team will review the request and guide the customer on the exchange process.

  • Once the exchange is approved, our delivery partner will arrange a return pickup from the customer’s location.

  • Customers will be notified of the pickup schedule via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

  • Once the product is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process the exchange.

  • Customers can choose to exchange the product for a different size, color, or an alternative product of the same value.

  • If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, customers can choose another product of equal value.

• International Exchange (No Exchange)

  • International customers are NOT eligible for exchanges.

  • If an exchange is approved for international customers, they must pay all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees associated with the exchange.
