Yes, handcrafted products may have minor variations in weave, color, or embroidery—this reflects the authenticity of the product.
No, sarees are sold as unstitched unless specifically mentioned in the product description.
Currently, customization services are not offered. All products are sold as shown.

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and select Wallets.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes across India.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways using encryption protocols.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is damaged and you report it within 48 hours.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we cover the shipping. Otherwise, the customer must bear the cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
